• I run the daily functions of the HR Department for a software company.Functions:
• Manage the E2E recruitment and selection process (Hire-to-Rehire). In charge of presenting the respective KPIs.

• During this time, I worked for different Projects. I had 3 clients:
• Roche Pharma: I was in charge of the strategy and delivery of the E2E process for the recruitment of 25 managerial pharmaceutical and medical roles in Central America and the Caribbean.
• Grunenthal: I ran the search for an MSL for Guatemala, and successfully closed the process.
• Paypal: Massive recruitment for diverse positions in Guatemala, as well as single searches.

I was in charge of the E2E selection process for pharmaceutical roles for Latin America, for creation of proactive mappings, and creation of 2 reports for Latin America.

• During this period I combined my 2 passions at work: Recruitment and Holistic therapies.
• Freelance recruiting: I successfully validated the French language for an account for a private client.
• Holistic therapies: I provided healing therapies, such as Reiki, massages, and private yoga and meditation lessons.I also did volunteering: I taught meditation techniques to adults for anxiety relief.

• In charge of the E2E selection processes for both Retail and Head Office for Canada. I participated in the migration process from North America to Costa Rica. I was in charge of recruiting, reporting and generating.
• Introduced a report that integrated the recruiting status of all 50 Swarovski stores in Canada.
• Identified the stores in Canada where the recruiting needs were higher.
• Reduced duplicated requisitions in the Workday system by 25%.

• During this role at Mondelēz International, I was a recruiter for Latin America. I worked as a recruiter for Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.Achievements:
• Executed massive recruitment for profiles like: Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L), Manufacturing, Sales (Wholesales and Retail), Project Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and Research, Development and Quality.
• Worked under auditing standard processes like: equity, compensation, rehire processes, and exceptions in processes.
• Documented and generated a training about pre-screening questions for the Taleo Applicant Tracking System.
• Designed and implemented templates for contacting candidates via e-mail and through diverse job boards.

• During this role at Mondelēz International I worked as a trilingual recruiter (French-English-Spanish) for North America, with a strong focus on Canada. I performed the E2E recruiting process. I executed massive.
• Presented rounds of candidates with high customer acceptance for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Learned and executed interviews by Lominger's competencies in French and English.
• Documented missing processes in the SOPs for the Canadian market.

I generate healing spaces of Reiki, massage, yogassage and Focusing Therapy.
