Lead on security technologies for a massive, distributed S3-based cloud storage product. Design and lead developer of authentication, compression, encryption, and integrity using Java for Voldemort database development and C for OpenSSL.- Development of authenticated communication between servers and storage using key management.- Programmed server-side message digest data integrity for storage system. Repairing of data when one data node fails the integrity check by replacing it with known good data from another node. Also used in de-duplication.- Implemented compression and encryption stores into the Voldemort database. - Functional test development work on Zones project, focusing on security.- Developed functionality tests for the thread library in C for Solaris Test Collection.- Wrote a program using Java servlets to update the lab machine status web page to reserve a machine and to sort machines by various parameters.
