1. Requirement Gathering• To prepare IA (Impact Analysis) based on BRD or via email shared by client.• Work closely with client on item required to be developed.• Conduct IA/FSD Walkthrough with client.2. Project Support• Lead to support client in any project (CR) assigned from VSIT, SIT and UAT phase.• Support BAU ticket raised by client via JIRA.• Follow up closely on SIT and UAT progress/sign off by client.• To support go-live project or BAU fixes on specific release/month.• To review test matrix/test case prepare by QA.• Liaise with QA on scope to be included before the VSIT started.• To review TRTS prepare by QA and share to client• Prepare test script for testing purpose.3. FSD Documentation• Work closely with BC Lead and Tech Lead during FSD preparation.• Understand the purpose or changes of the project that required be documented.• Consolidate all requirement from IA to be construct in FSD• Create FSD and send to BC Lead to be review before share to client.

Execute Testing• Understand the flow of module that required to be tested in VSIT/VIT. • Proceed the testing and verify the test step whether it pass for fail.• Discussed with tech and other BC lead whether the issue requires further clarification.• Assist in monitoring and reporting progress for workshop requirement, documentation and testing in a timely manner.2.Test Script Preparation• Understand the IA and reference document (FSD) to be include in test script• Discuss with BC Lead on how the flow of the module works.• Create test matrix (summary of things to be included in testing) to be reviewed by BC Lead• Create test script manually in excel and upload to JIRA.• Amend test step (if required)3. FSD Drafting• Work closely with BC Lead and Tech Lead during FSD preparation.• Understand the purpose or changes of the project that required be documented.• Consolidate all requirement from IA to be construct in FSD• Create FSD and send to BC Lead to be review before share to client.
