Led all aspects of human resource (HR) operations for the local affiliate with 150 permanent and contingent employees nationwide, reporting to the Regional HR Director. Responsible for policy planning and implementation, country-wide talent acquisition, training and on boarding, staff performance evaluation and payroll supervision. Ensuring reporting processes were compliant with business objectives and policies, processes, and talent sourcing methods comply with MEA requirements.

Spearheaded the launch of channel by developing HR systems and key processes related to recruitment, OD, learning and development, and general operations. Hiring & on boarding new talent while accounting for pre-launch hiring of HR team, established comprehensive HR structure from ground up. Built and endorsed company’s culture and core values to encourage appropriate employee behavior and overall engagement. Drafted company’s policy manual.

Oversaw comprehensive resourcing/recruitment procedures including developing policies, outlining pre-post-recruitment procedures, and institutionalizing orientation programs for new hires.
