- Handling daily store operations- Maintain expense store (001) stock (daily 15 line items check, follow up on replenish items)- Maintain Project Material on Hold (PMOH)- Follow up on urgent items for shutdown projects/MOC close out material- Setting up of stores physically and procedurally in conformance with legal and company requirements - Preparation of back loading manifests in conformance with the procedures set by Kemaman Supply Base(KSB).- To ensure the correct, receipt, issue and restock of spare parts, PPE, tools and consumables.- To control the storage and inventories of equipment spare parts and consumables.- To maintain a full inventory of all stores with special attention to fast moving consumables and long lead time items.- Be a part of Helideck Landing Crew/Officer(HLC/HLO) to handle passengers going in and out of the platform by chopper

Daily sales monitoring by analyzing on customer average and ticket average* Enforcement of Opening & Closing checklist and implementations* Cost control done on every month* To make sure Retail Food Safety System (RFSS) is been implemented at store for food safety control* To check and change the date code of the product according to the planner* To order dry stock and ice cream for every week* To record and inform the Discarded and expired stock to the upper manager
