What I lack in tenure, I make up for in enthusiasm and genuine interest in my industry and career goals. I've hung my hat on various hooks since I joined the workforce full-time, and I like to think this has given me a really solid basis for seeing things from all sides. My prior retail management experience gives me an understanding and empathy for people, as well as a solid basis of organisation and prioritisation skills. My introduction to the banking industry in 2019 with one of the UK's largest banks gave me a deep understanding of the financial system and really "lit the fire" for me to enter my current career.
