Since joining The Environment Partnership (TEP) in March 2023 as a Graduate GIS Consultant, I have worked closely with the internal ecology, heritage, design, land management, and planning teams to process data and develop static and interactive mapped outputs for a range of surveys and assessments undertaken across sites nationally. I am proficient in the ArcGIS suite of software, QGIS and SCALGO Live. In October 2024 I was promoted to GIS Consultant. I am a first-class BSc Geography and Natural Hazards graduate. The multi-disciplinary course covered many aspects of Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing. My long-standing passion for sustainable land management and environmental conservation practices led me to conduct my research project on developing an informed, user-led GIS model to support evidence-based decision-making for implementing agri-environment schemes on an example farm. I gained valuable GIS experience during my placement year within Sainsbury’s Agriculture Data Team, predominantly conducting geospatial environmental risk assessments on key supply chains using ArcGIS Pro, Alteryx and MicroStrategy.I am a hardworking, motivated and organised individual, who pays close attention to detail. I am good at problem-solving and have strong communication skills, enjoying working as part of a team and challenging myself to learn new things.
