My work is very varied and often complex, which is what I like about it. The focus is user centred design and making sure we identify and address user needs, as well as meeting business requirements. User research, interaction and content designers work closely together to design digital (and other) journeys that guide people through services, tasks and transactions online. We are here, as designers, to try and make things effortless and easy to understand for all.
