I have over three years of relevant experience working in various customer service roles. From October 2018 to August 2022, I worked as a Taxi Driver/General Manager. In my role, I developed skills in building positive relationships with passengers by exhibiting excellent customer service and communication skills. I demonstrated an ability to interact with diverse passengers and maintained friendly, but professional communication.
