Currently working as an administrator in the COVID vaccination centre

I completed two summer placements at Fred Olsen during years 2017/2018. My main role as Port Cost Assistant was to assist with the yearly budget. This included inputting data into the budget spreadsheet, comparing estimated costs to lasts years budget and finding reasons for substantial cost differences.

My main role as a C&B supervisor was to successfully run small functions such as private dinners and golf days. I was required to lead a small team to carry out dinner service to a very high standard and liaise with the organiser to ensure their expectations were met.
