· Contributed to structuring the language model and development environment of Meta's Assistant, focusing on the Natural Language Understanding pipeline· Implemented proprietary, custom, and out-of-the-box tools & packages to guide, develop and explain machine learning model behavior· Communicated among groups and across disciplines; contributed to the monorepo via collaboration tools and popular design principles

· Organized projects around feasible daily/weekly goals, distributed to my team according to their strengths· Oversaw front-to-back fulfillment of all web-based commerce, achieving gross sales of over two-million dollars annually; advanced revisions in ordering systems resulting in an 11% increase in sales and 50% decrease of dead stock· Built relationships within the university system to double departmental ordering utilization, maintained all digital customer queries as well as overseeing problem solving with customers in-store· Assisted in management of the general merchandise department across Rutgers University’s central bookstore and three satellite locations.
