Responsible for analysis of Operational Needs Statements (ONS) and aviation requirements screening to determine suitable material and non-material solutions. Accountable for proper alignment of agencies to appropriate funding streams to support approved operational needs and requirements.

Responsible for analysis of Army aviator recruiting, training and retention for an $885M flight training program. Presented analysis directly to the Army G-1 and the Acting Secretary of the Army in support of the Army Aviation Restructure Initiative (ARI).

Directly responsible for the mentorship and professional development of over 300 Warrant Officer aviators assigned to the Combat Aviation Brigade. Reported directly to the Brigade Commander as his senior aviation warrant officer advisor on all technical aspects of Army aviation operations in both combat and garrison operations.

Responsible for the modification, maintenance management and contractor oversight for a fleet of up to 172 aircraft while operating in both combat and garrison environments.
