• Main point of contact for Delta Mechanical for The Home Depot Stores (THD) in the local area. • Covers 18 Stores Total,12 stores in South Bay Market and oversee 6 stores in the North Bay market. • Point of contact for product knowledge meetings, special events associate training and job site inspections. • Works closely with area supervisors, installers and estimators. Responsible for a Team of (5)Assistant Generator’s(AG) which manages them on a daily basis. • Trains and manages the AG’s for optimal performance. • On call seven days per week to address Home Depot issues. Also, required to work 2-3 Saturdays per month.• Develop relationships with “key” Home Depot personnel such as the store manager, SSAM, lead generator and expeditor. • Provides weekly schedule and report weekly to management. • Responsible for ensuring proper signage in stores. • Point of contact for all Delta services in the market assigned, such as HVAC, core plumbing, water heaters, EVAP coolers and be prepared to provide product knowledge for all services.
