1. Full responsible for the company management, restructuring the organization. Ensure the implementation of area strategy and development. 2. Establish and Optimize business process and management system (HR, SCM, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance etc.) Strive for operation excellence.3. Responsible for New product introduction (lead project, Layout, process, RM localization etc.)4. Introduction Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to the Plant management.5. Optimize the EHS system.

1、 Provide leadership & strategic directions to the plant in alignment with the company divisional profit plan and regional strategies. Prepare develop and manage annual budget in the plant.2、 Hold full profit and loss responsibility for the overall business performance of the plant. Develop and Implement company annual business plan and investment plan (three plants in China).Work with Direct Reports, Functional managers, Sales & Marketing and Technical Managers to meet agreed objectives.
