JUSC2 is a USJFCOM ACTD that seeks to federate the management and control of all unmanned vehicles (air, ground, sea surface and underwater) into a common control system. Was the key drafter of the JUSC2 Management Plan and CONOPS development and for operational test planning and execution. Completed JFCOM ACTD Manager’s course. Experience in planning transition plan for ACTD. Researched and prepared the Part IV and V of the draft Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) for the LCU(R) program. Frequently assisted in the OT&E preparations for LPD-17 and LHA(R); Student, Marine Corps University, Command and Staff College – Joint planning and operations.; Assistant Surface Operations Officer/Scheduler, Commander, Carrier Group Four. He was the key staff planner for the final deployment training for four carrier battle groups. Responsible for coordinating and evaluating ship’s AT/FP and VBSS training for battle group ships; First Lieutenant, USS George Washington (CVN-73) – Assistant Command Duty Officer/Duty Section Ship’s Self defense Force leader ;Navigator, USS Nassau (LHA-4) – Senior Watch Officer/TAO; Engineering Training Officer, Commander, Amphibious Group TWO (CPG 2) - Instrumental in preparing 15 of the 21 ships assigned to CPG 2 for engineering department training, evaluation, certification and subsequent Mediterranean deployment; Assistant Maintenance/3-M Officer, USS Enterprise (CVN-65) – All aspects of ships maintenance management and preventive maintenance documentation; Engineer Officer, USS Gunston Hall (LSD-44) - Key department head responsible for the safe and efficient management of the ship’s propulsion, auxiliary and damage control systems.
