As plant manager I opened and set this plant up to operate. I hired all employees trained them and made the plant profitable. I designed and built machines that eliminated personnel so that we could use people in other places to help us grow. I later built the same machinery for our mother plant. I always pursued and did what was right. I built a great team who strived to be the best.

I was elected as president of our local Union County Development by our members. I enjoyed serving and working with the good people in Union County. I wish them well and there is not a better place to have a business. The people there are all hard workers and care about what they are doing. It was a pleasure to be President of Union County First.

Started out Programing Cnc and setting up new Jobs. That included setting Cnc machine up to run die cast parts to maximize cycle time and repeatability. Parts had to be gaged and cleaned as well. Once lines were set up I then drawed up SWAT charts and trained operators to run the lines as well as trained Setup guys to maintain the machines. It was a great place to work and great people to work with.

Built fixtures and tooling for the manufactoring plant. Helped implement ways to manufactor faster and easier. Also implemented ways to gage parts. Save the company thousands on tooling that I built rather than them buy it.
