This role is a mix of Architect, Product Owner, and Tech Lead put together. I oversee multiple teams using technologies including: data collection, Al/ML, mobile SDK, and CNP fraud products to ensure everything works seamlessly together with both existing and new services. I also provide oversight and SME leadership across other technology teams, sales, customer support marketing and legal teams within the organization. * Providing technical direction for existing services, including design, guidance and feedback/reviews. * Provided design, proof of concept implementations review, and oversight for collection of information from both users and devices, as well as fraud detection mechanisms. * Ensuring high quality output and fostering ownership of code/support. The device team has over 99.99% uptime with a 75ms response time SLA and over 90% code coverage. * Part of a team that submitted a new patent for the company.

I spent a couple of years building out some new services while still providing Architectural guidance around various existing services. In addition, I helped manage outsourced work. * Designed and led development of a new extensible rules engine that could be used for multiple product lines using custom catalogs and data types. * Created new design and programming patterns for used in cloud conversion, CI/CD, and microservice creation.

The services are required to be ultra-fast response times(< 100ms), capable of tens of thousands of requests per seconds, highly-available and fault tolerant. * Ensured cloud-based solutions were scalable and met the needs of both external and internal customers. * Provided assistance to our client services, sales, marketing, and legal teams to help both employees and customer understand the nuances and complexities around device identification and our cloud implementations for fraud protection. * Participated in code reviews, and also developed code when time allowed. * Lead Device team and other development teams to convert tech stack to Go(Lang) cloud-based microservices.
