• P&L responsibility for the entire portfolio of Guidant’s product lines in 13 Asian countries. Managed organization of 150 in eight countries with sales of $43 million. Led all marketing, sales, finance, IT, HR.
• Increased revenues from 2001 and 2004 by 78% (from $24 million to $43 million) despite disruptive, new technology from JNJ (drug- coated stent) and the SARS epidemic.

• Developed and implemented a comprehensive plan to improve FDA compliance. Reengineered product traceability, performed mock-up inspections and focused employee communications on compliance.
