About Jen Hendrickson

I’m a sales specialist with 7+ years of experience specifically in the premium cigar industry and 16+ years sales experience in IT infrastucture.With expertise in building loyal client relationships and developing new brand partnerships, I enjoy the unique camaraderie of the cigar industry and am passionate about introducing customers to the cigar world. In 2015, this passion led me to launch my own cigar company, Em.Bargo’s Cigars. In 2017, I merged Em.Bargo’s Cigars with Olde Towne Tobacconist and designed and launched an immersive experience: a cigar lounge outside of 1781 Brewing Co/Wilderness Run Vineyards. I transformed a shipping container and grain bin silo into a cigar lounge that attracts over 1,000 guests each month. I was able to complete the renovations in just 43 days by managing a team of contractors and ensuring that they completed the work on schedule. As the world transforms, it is important for leaders in the cigar industry to change with it. That’s why I embraced the shift away from brick-and-mortar cigar shops. By providing a humidors at winery's and brewery's and creating an outdoor lounge at a local winery, I innovated a way to allow guests to pair wine or beer selections with their cigar of choice. Above all, I am a relationship builder. I build relationships with clients and lasting partnerships with brands and vendors. I lead a team of nine at Olde Towne Tobacconist and have managed successful, high-performing teams in the past. As a sales professional, I appreciate the value of measurable results and consistently outperform sales projections.
