As the Strategic UX Lead for one of Syncron's solution areas, Go-to-market, I led a small team of UX Specialists in defining the vision for a redesign of the Enterprise SaaS application Syncron Price. In parallel, my team and I worked with the Core Visual Design team to build Syncron's new Design System from scratch.

As Chief Product Owner I oversaw the development of Tobii Pro Glasses 3, Tobii's eye tracking glasses, as well as the cross-platform app used to control them. Working with two engineering teams and their respective Product Owners, I was brought in ensure we met the launch deadline by closer cross-team collaboration and focus on the holistic solution rather than individual deliverables.

With a complex portfolio stemming from an even more complex user base ranging from Lean manufacturing to shopper research, ad testing, usability testing, wayfinding and cutting edge scientific research, I worked with Product Managers, UX Designers and Solution Architects to ensure that the products we develop met customer, user and business needs.As the Chief Solution Designer at Tobii Pro, I worked on: - Holistic design of solutions that stretch across multiple products.- Ensuring that new products, concepts and features fit into the existing portfolio and long term business plans.- As a member of the R&D Leadership team, contribute to continuous improvement of the R&D organization, including staffing priorities, recruitment, process improvements, budgeting, project initiation and prioritization and much more.- Together with our Solution Architect, ensuring that we had a clear strategy and took the right decisions for our technical platform portfolio.

I worked closely together with the Business Unit Management and R&D Teams to define and design the products we develop at Tobii.The bulk of my efforts went into working with five development teams in Stockholm and Kyiv to develop Tobii Pro's new flagship software for biometric research - Tobii Pro Lab. I combined my role as PO with doing UX work; everything from project planning, capturing and validating requirements to concept development and user testing.

As a User Experience Designer at Tobii, I worked closely together with Product Owners and development teams, playing a major part in the entire process of designing and developing new products - from performing pre-studies to concept development, design and usability testing. Key responsibilities included:• Collection and validation of customer requirements • Recommendations for hardware and software improvements • Concept Development • Interaction Design • Usability Testing

Managing the Technical Support and the Service teams at Tobii. The teams provide technical support for all software and hardware solutions for Eye Tracking Analysis and Augmentative and Alternative Communication, as well as repair services. Key responsibilities included:• Development of tools and processes for case logging, hardware repair handling and service and product quality.• Developing, monitoring and reporting on KPIs.• Providing requirements for current products and new development projects so ensure quality, supportability and repairability.• Ensuring scalability to enable sales growth without growing support costs• Being a part of the Operations Management team.

Coordinating technical support of Eye Tracking hardware and software for the eye tracking analysis market (including scientific research, market research, usability and custom applications). Providing feedback to product management, QA and development teams.
