J has 20 years of Private Equity experience focused on innovative senior debt structures, equity investments, mezzanine financing, and distressed investments, that have utilized both institutional and private capital markets.  J's corporate turnaround experience is in industries varying from publishing, the service industry, industrials, and CPG companies.  His main focus and passion, however, has consistently been related to real estate investments.  J has originated and managed over $1B in diverse portfolios of value-add, stabilized, and turnaround assets, and has broad experience with investments in for-sale residential, multi-family, industrial, retail, and commercial asset classes, as well as horizontal development.
