Manages 39 personnel and oversees the fuel account valued at $260M. Coordinated with Defense Logistics Agency-Energy and local supplier to ensure uninterrupted fuel support for MacDill AFB. Formulates operational plans, policies, procedures, and programs that maximize functional area guidance to enable safety and operational readiness. Reviewed ground/aviation fuel contracts, DD Form 250's. Planned, developed and implemented the transportation of petroleum inventories from multiple sources of storage in direct support of peacetime operations, contingency operations and resupply operations. Managed the daily processing of petroleum transactions and daily account reconciliation of DLA owned fuel in accordance with the Inventory Management Plan.

Managed 120 contractors, 6 functional areas and ensured adherence with a $43.6M base operations support contract, supporting Joint Allied aircraft. Advised Commander on enlisted issues, coordinated logistic support for the Defense Logistic Agency’s $24M fuels account and funded projects.

Leads 7 personnel quality assurance team. Monitored compliance in 7 functional areas to include petroleum, supply management, air/ground transportation, vehicle maintenance, vehicle operations, and logistic plans, comprising of over 420 members assigned and $100M+ assets. Evaluates flt of 87 for compliance with AFIs, TOs, Defense Energy Support Center and DOD policy guidance. Manages environmental program and assures personnel are knowledgeable of federal/local environmental law.

Advised Commander of the largest Afghanistan National Army (ANA) fuel depot, trained 375 members and managed $250M of petroleum assets.

Directly responsible for monitoring flight training, materiel control and mobility readiness functions for 89 flight personnel. Assesses status of personnel in 5 and 7-skill level upgrade training programs and administers flight rotational training program. Trains 150 base tank custodians managing 243 organizational fuel tanks. Tracks the status of personnel and equipment for deployment and contingency operations and plans.

Expertly managed daily logistics operations, supporting 600 member joint special operations task force. Performing Contractor Officer Representative duties for $15 million Dyncore operating contract.

Overseas quality assurance and product stock rotation programs for 4.7 million gallons of War Reserve Material fuel. Performs inspection and maintenance on bulk petroleum infrastructures and automated fuels systems valued over $20M. Coordinates facility upgrade requirements with DESC and monitors project completion.

Monitors aircraft flying schedules, flight-line operations, fuels issues, receipts and accounts for all fuel and cryogenic servicing transactions. Uses Fuels Automated System to collect, store, monitor and process all fuel transaction for DESC billing through the Fuels Enterprise System.
