I am patent attorney and partner at LIPPERT STACHOW, an intellectual property services boutique (Cologne/Bonn office). We were ranked among Europe's leading patent law firms by Financial Times.Patents in Europe (EPO) and in Germany (DPMA) are my professional focus. Patent invalidation, i.e. opposition and patent invalidation trials (nullity actions), is one of my working passions.I started with IP in 2004, qualified as European Patent Attorney and Conseil en Propriété Industrielle (LU) in 2008 and as a German Patent Attorney in 2011. In 2013, I became equity partner and now have >20 years of experience in IP.I love to be occasional guest lecturer on various IP topics (as e.g. at ETH Zurich or University of Bonn in the past), or when visiting foreign associates.
