For most of my professional life I have worked in the insurance industry; specializing in recovery services. I have served in both the Investigation and Recovery departments providing me with invaluable experience. The skills learned have allowed me to efficiently and effectively maximize subrogation opportunities on behalf of many clients.During my tenure with Praxis I have also served as a Client Business Manager, working directly with our clients to understand the challenges they face. With both an internal and a client view, I have been able to craft solutions to ensure quality performance and results.As Director of Research & Development, I explored new recovery opportunities offering additional revenue channels to clients. I built and currently maintain the industry’s most extensive database of No-Fault law, and have used it in preparing our staff to navigate these often murky waters. This role also entailed developing, implementing and conducting training programs for both our internal and clients’ staffs.Currently, I am the Program Director of the DebtorWatch® Program; recovering unpaid treatment billings for hospitals, and other healthcare providers. It is a new service offering of which I’m excited to be a part.
