As a Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Advisor at Cummins, I have over 10 years of experience in engineering, product development, and process improvement. I am certified in configuration and change management (CM2-C), and as a SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM). I leverage my learning in data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data to design and implement innovative solutions for the engine business.I lead a team of 10 employees to manage the full PLM tool product change process, processing over 200 releases per month. I also designed a replacement configuration and structure system that enabled company-wide common part definition and structure rules, with documented potential of $11 million+ in savings. I work closely with users, development leads, and project leaders to gather requirements, organize testing, and manage issues for the PLM system replacement project.
