As a Supervisor Engineer II at Carhartt, I manage a team of engineers and trainers who work on improving the quality and efficiency of the apparel and fashion production process. With over 15 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering, I also have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as executive leadership, communication, and research and development skills.I am passionate about designing and creating innovative solutions that solve problems and enhance customer satisfaction. I also enjoy coaching soccer and mentoring young athletes at Powell County Middle School and High School, where I have been involved since January 2023. My goal is to use my engineering expertise and leadership skills to contribute to Carhartt's mission of delivering durable and comfortable clothing for hardworking people.
