Current• Collaborate with top-level management to oversee daily operations in construction and administrative tasks for large-scale ADA upgrades and station renewal projects.• Lead engineering teams through the design process, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and project deadlines.• Oversee complex contracts and provide guidance to consultants and builders, ensuring all activities comply with organizational standards.•Contribute to critical document preparation and review, encompassing project scopes, estimates, and procurement packages.• Examine and align project management and execution plans with project objectives and deadlines.• Participate in risk management by creating and implementing risk assessments, strategies, and mitigation plans.• Develop preliminary project phases and schedules, ensuring they align with overall project goals.• Generate detailed reports and presentations for executive-level review, offering concise updates on project progress.• Support senior management in setting project benchmarks and monitoring performance metrics.• Coordinate with various service departments to ensure smooth project operations and compliance with safety regulations.• Handle project completion processes, ensuring thorough documentation and effective handover to relevant organizational departments.
