As Senior Vice President and Buildings Market Leader at Burns & McDonnell, I lead my team in providing customized services that help our clients maximize their return on invested capital. I have 25 years of experience in Manufacturing and Engineering & Construction industries. My experience includes: engineering & construction, supply chain and operations management; with experience in consolidations, closures, major expansions, greenfield facilities, new business integration, initiative management and business continuity planning.In my current role, I am focused on providing true end-to-end business consulting services that help our clients manage the dynamic Buildings market. With consulting backed by engineering, construction, plant startup and commissioning, our clients are getting the most out of their capital investments. Our team is comprised of professionals that bring real industry experience to every element of the design & build of the project. From master planning, SME development, operations and maintainability, to supply chain integration, and beyond. I earned a bachelor’s in chemical engineering and a minor in business from Kansas State University, while also playing on the football team. My career experience includes time with Schlumberger, Procter & Gamble, and J.M. Smucker, before joining Burns & McDonnell in 2011. My background helps me understand how to create a unique model for serving the Buildings market. Outside of work, my wife and I actively support our four boys and their interests. We enjoy traveling and spending time at the lake. I also serve various needs for our Church’s community, stay active with K-State, I am a past Board Chair of the Board of Directors and current member of the Advisory Board for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City, and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Sports Commission.
