CurrentAs a Staff Product Manager at Bitsight, I led the development and delivery of the Vulnerability Detection feature, a crucial tool for SPM (Security Posture Management) and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) customers to manage their exposure to vulnerabilities. In addition, I played a pivotal role in building the Vulnerability Response capability, enabling vendors to respond to major security events and 0-day vulnerabilities quickly and effectively.Key Achievements:Spearheaded the Vulnerability Detection product, taking it from concept to full-scale implementation, providing customers with actionable insights into third-party vulnerabilities.Led the development of the Vulnerability Response feature, empowering vendors to proactively address high-impact security events and 0-days.Worked closely with SPM and TPRM customers to understand their pain points and ensure the product met their needs in managing third-party risks and vulnerabilities.Directed highly technical cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, design, and data teams to drive product innovation.Comfortable with APIs and technical architectures, enabling effective communication and decision-making between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.Utilized data analysis and market trends to shape product strategies, ensuring Bitsight’s offerings stayed ahead in the competitive landscape of vulnerability management.With a strong background in managing complex, technical products, I thrive in environments where I can lead teams to build solutions that significantly reduce security risks and enhance operational effectiveness.
