Working with Key retailers on Sales/Purchases/PCRPlanned in-Store promotions and 2 day Sales for store Locations to drive sales and customer Count.Completing all Food Safety Reviews and CPA for all stores in the District.Coach, teach and train all store personal on full, fresh and clean in each Department.Ensure that Save A Lot stores operate in a manner that maximizes sales and profitability for the company; accountable for meeting and exceeding sales, shrink and labor budgets; directing action to ensure appropriate expense allocations; providing support and instruction for Store Managers through regular store visits; develop and provide strategic direction for improvement in retail stores. Responsible for leading, teaching, developing, motivating and directing Store Managers and their teams in a manner that results in excellent daily store conditions, a positive work environment and excellent customer service leading to excellent sales and profitability. Responsible, along with the Store Manager, for utilizing best practices including but not limited to; panel interviewing, effective onboarding, orientation, and training as well as continual development of store associates. Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Responsible to ensure there is open dialogue between store manager and all employees creating a positive work environment and avoiding outside intervention. Responsible to ensure company Security, Cash Handling, Inventory and Loss Prevention policies and procedures are fully implemented and executed on a daily basis. Prepare District reports on request and initiate the completion of company required forms and correspondence; review documentation prepared and submitted by store personnel; direct action to insure accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for creating effective individual development plans and for actively coaching store management to facilitate professional growth.Ensures compliance with all City, State and Federal regulations.

Category resets, New store Openings, and existing store ResetsConducted Food Safety Audits, CPA, as well as, work with Retailers/Owners to maintain SAL standards throughout the store.Currently on stretch role as ABP for Charleston WV Market (21 stores).Responsible for expense control and managing all company assets, including but not limited to: shrink control, total payroll, productivity measurements and products/supply ordering. Responsible to analyze, understand and utilize operational/financial data to make appropriate business decisions. Responsible for ensuring the SAVE-A-LOT store is operated according to the operational standards set forth by the company and in a manner that maximizes sales and profits.Responsible for providing leadership that results in excellent daily store conditions to include, but not limited to, effective daily produce/meat department operations that fully adhere to SAVE-A-LOT s operational standards, daily execution of Food Safety, Produce/Meat programs, safety policies including power equipment operation and ensures excellent daily sanitation standards are achieved. Provide leadership by selecting, staffing, coaching and developing store associates and by creating a positive store environment for employees and customers. This includes but not limited to: effective and open communication with all employees, hiring, training, coaching, developing and progressive disciplinary actions as required.
