NortonLifeLock transitioned from a vendor (who was managing the entire contingent workforce program) to managing the workforce with an "in-house" program led by the Talent operations team by partnering up with Manpower Group. This role was responsible for completing the contracts (connect the legal teams from both companies) for all countries where NLL intended to keep contractors. Also the role required building up the new program by creating trainings and documents for managers, building relationships with all global stakeholders, being liaison between managers and the vendor (Manpower), introducing and helping to navigate all leaders through the new process of hiring a contractor.
