Over 15 years of working in the Debt Collection industry with responsibilities ranging from receptionist to managing a Client Success Team. For the past few years I have been working with a software development company to create new and improved technology related to the debt collection industry. These products have a wide range and include a new debt collection system, speech analytics, call recording software, document management, and call auditing. Currently I am onboarding clients and implementing our technology into external offices, as well as attending conferences to tell our story and help agencies succeed in the highly regulated environment.Through my years working in this industry I have developed skills in Microsoft Office, SQL, written and verbal communication, team building, project management, vendor communication, client management, problem solving, policy and instructions documentation, training individuals and teams, and developing business processes and workflows to drive system behaviors. I enjoy being actively involved with ACA International and have earned certifications including Professional Collection Specialist Designation (PCS), and Healthcare Collection Management (HCM).
