About Jacco Van Hemert

Vanaf 2023 ben ik werkzaam als Director Finance bij Base Logistics Group voor de entiteit HealthLink Europe & International, en in de jaren 2020 - 2022 als Finance Manager.Voor HealthLink heb ik mede vorm gegeven aan een geheel nieuwe financiële afdeling. De Finance en control functie is onder mijn leiding geheel opnieuw opgebouwd, geprofessionaliseerd zowel voor de EU als de US activiteiten. De AO/IC heb ik geïmplementeerd en aan diverse automatiseringsslagen invulling gegeven en diverse efficiency en kostenbesparingen doorgevoerd. Hiernaast is de Base Logistics Group in 2021 overgenomen door Staci, waar ik voor HealthLink invulling heb gegeven aan de due diligence.Daarvoor, sinds 1997, ben ik werkzaam geweest in financiële functies bij de Solipsis Group, met de werkmaatschappijen Solipsis / IntraData / Holland House / Solipsis Managed Services. Daar ben ik sinds 2006 als financieel manager verantwoordelijk geweest voor voor de gehele financiële afdeling.De afgelopen jaren uitvoering gegeven aan de diverse overnames van werkmaatschappijen op financieel vlak, in nauwe samenwerking met de accountant.Onder mijn verantwoording heb ik vervolgens de administraties van alle werkmaatschappijen na de overnames centraal ondergebracht in de holding en ingericht naar een shared service center concept.Verder zijn onder mijn leiding nieuwe ERP systemen geïmplementeerd. Vervolgens heb ik alle inkomende en uitgaande documentstromen laten automatiseren en BI-rapportages in laten richten, waarmee behoorlijke kostenbesparingen en efficiency verbeteringen zijn gerealiseerd.
