I am part of the faculty that teaches business storytelling to our employees to strengthen their skills in communicating particularly in client-facing situations. We conduct around 10-12 sessions a year and I would participate in half of those conducts as an instructor.

• I oversaw the daily performance of the SAP Technical teams of the project, which were composed of – SAP ABAP, Basis, Netweaver, and Security. For any escalated issues that the client’s technical lead would be involved, it was mandatory for me to also participate in the resolution of the said incident.• Release manager – As the designated gatekeeper of the client’s production system. I monitored all releases (bug fixes, enhancements, system integration-related implementations, etc.) and provided guidance to the client’s SAP technical lead if the scheduled releases will have no conflicts or if there was a need to re-schedule the release sequence to avoid the risk of go-live issues.• Part of the release manager role was to participate in the weekly call with all vendors and notable client stakeholders. My responsibility was to provide a report on the current release schedules for the week and/or month.• Change management – Part of the release manager role was to understand all new implementations that will be supported by our AMS team and if we have enough capacity to absorb the new functions. If not, my role was to create the necessary statement of work that will show how many new team members are needed to support the new implementation for the client to fund it so we can provide the needed support.• SAP ABAP AMS Lead (2010-2012) – Prior to my position as the AMS Technical lead, my initial lead role was overseeing the SAP ABAP AMS team. Aside from working on bug fixes and enhancements, as expected from an ABAP programmer, I was also responsible that the team was meeting client expectations by proactively seeking continuous improvements within the team’s ways of working.
