Floor Team Lead
Current-Use Endear email marketing software to engage with customers about product details, promotions, and store events.-Responsible for leading and supervising the sales team on the retail floor including providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and customer service.-Constantly maintaining an attractive and organized visual presentation of the shoe and apparel products. This involves overseeing the arrangement of displays, signage, and product placement to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment.-Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and assisting with inquiries.-Responsible for managing inventory levels on the sales floor and in the back rooms. This includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating restocking efforts, and conducting regular inventory checks, as well as receiving new shipments of products and including them into current inventory using SAP.-Work with the store leader to set sales targets, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to increase sales.
