I managed the long-term rental of apartments throughout Warsaw - mainly in the northern part of the city. I was the landlord's representative in all their duties, starting with finding tenants, signing lease agreements, fixing breakdowns and keeping control of the apartments.

I deal with real estate, mainly apartments. My responsibilities included preparing the offer, analyzing the legal status of the property, presenting the property, preparing the preliminary contract and coordinating the process between the parties to the transaction and the notary, credit intermediary and other institutions, depending on the needs. During my work, I increased my skills of negotiating, acquiring clients through telephone conversations, and also learned to create offers, gained basic knowledge on how to take pictures of real estate and its surroundings, as well as create preliminary contracts.

Together with a group of friends, we have made efforts to create the City Beach in Jelenia Góra. I was both its originator and project manager. I deal with customer service in the field of financial products such as mortgage and cash loans, life and property insurance and investments. My duties included the sale of financial products, which can be divided into: acquiring the customer, conducting meetings, conducting an analysis of the needs of the customer and his household, presenting current offers of financial institutions, preparing a sales implementation plan and conducting the process in accordance with the guidelines of financial institutions and internal regulations. I gained extensive knowledge about financial markets, processes and legal regulations related to various types of financial institutions under the guidance of experts with several years of experience.

Thanks to the Platinum Eye, I have been confronted with the world of financial products and increased my soft skills.Activities that I was responsible for were acquiring clients, analyzing needs, informing about financial market solutions, analyzing the client's needs and financial products with a team of experts, participating in expert meetings with clients.

Multilevel marketing was my first experience with business, personal development and entrepreneurship.Together with the team, I was mainly involved in building the sales structure and direct sales of everyday items.To achieve this, I learned to lead meetings, establish business relationships, plan my own work day, manage a team, or conduct individual and group training in the abovementioned skills.
