I am a specialist in transport planning with over 7 years of professional experience as a consultant in public transport and transport infrastructure projects.I joined Steer in 2013, and have developed three key skills on a wide range of projects: First, traffic and revenue forecasting for highway concessions; Second, business case development and feasibility assessment of investment projects for public transport, trains and multimodal transport, and; Third, design and formulation of public policy, including that aimed at promoting low carbon mobility, reviewing public transport fare policy, regulating rail transport, improving infrastructure development lifecycle and developing new business models for the acquisition of low-emission buses.
