I am a Psychologist working in private practice providing individual as well as couples psychotherapy. I utilise a patient-centred approach comprising relational and strategy-based modalities informed by current evidence and tailored to a patients needs, presentation and personality. I have experience working with patients both in private practice as well as private health, thus have an appreciation for both short and longer-term therapy modalities. I have worked with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety and mood disorders, chronic pain, life adjustments, relationship challenges and grief.I enjoy working with patients identifying with neuro, gender and sexual diversity as well as non-traditional relationship structures, and aim to create a space that feels safe to bring your whole, authentic self.
