My future career goal is to innovate within the organisational psychology space by developing tools and strategies that enhance workplace productivity, create meaningful work experiences, and empower individuals across industries to thrive.In addition to my studies, I founded Glazura Prints, a profitable gifting brand that I built from the ground up. This entrepreneurial journey has sharpened my skills in product development, marketing, and customer engagement, while also fueling my passion for creating impactful solutions. Through this venture, I have embraced the principles of innovation and adaptability—values that I am eager to integrate into organisational psychology to redefine how businesses support and empower their people.My role at Clavio Consulting has given me valuable hands-on experience in organisational psychology. I contribute to psychometric assessments, recruitment and development reports, and large-scale projects such as 360-degree assessments, career guidance manuals, and 15FQ+ and 16PF personality profile workshops. Working closely with the Director, I’ve gained a deep understanding of evidence-based practices that drive individual and team performance, further solidifying my dedication to this field.I am passionate about merging organisational psychology with entrepreneurship to pioneer a new era of workplace transformation.
