Facility Maintenance Manager
Current• Inspect and manage building upgrades, repairs, renovations, HVAC, and utilities toward a $100M annual revenue.• Worked as Maintenance Manager for 2 yrs while working as Facility Manager in coordination with 3 plants and projects• Remodel or procure projects for bathrooms, offices, and cafeteria to upgrade when possible.• Modify facilities, air compressors, and all facets of building machinery and maintain utilities, water, electrical, and air for the building; preserve MSD reporting, storm water sampling, contracts, and budgets for the plant.• Plan and coordinate installations including telecommunications, heat, electricity and refurbishments to maintain facilities.• Administer contracts for waste streams and manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards and insurance inspection compliance by 100%.• Analyze utilities consumption metrics and recommend solutions to minimize costs by 20%.• Supervise employees including custodians, technicians, groundskeepers and external contractors.• Allocate and schedule office space and oversee financial management and records.• Forecast facility space and direct all air compressor projects and manage insurance plans and service contracts.• Oversee facilities activities including parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security to maintain accurate cost control and facilitate safety.• Manage 192 projects during tenure that total $22M including building renovations, offsite property renovations, and machinery replacements resulting in a cost savings of up to $100K annually.
