I am currently an Air & Space Operator Specialist (ASOS) in the Royal Air Force at the rank of Corporal.I support flight planning in the UK and overseas, being part of front line Chinook Sqn I deploy overseas on exercise and operations.A former Team GB Speed Skater. I competed at the World Series on the senior squad and part of the Olympic qualifying team that secured 4 Olympic places for the 2018 Winter Olympics. In this time I developed how to deal with immense pressure performing at the highest level whilst extracting the best out of myself.
