Managing & co-managing projects in a variety of sectors; Retail, Mass Residential, Leisure & Multi-use.Taking projects on wards from either; • Feasibility through to planning stage, planning stage to tender or planning through to completion.Dealing with Client, Design & Construction Team either within Framework Agreements, Design & Build Contracts or other types of contracts & produce the following; • Sketches, Planning, Tender, Construction Drawings, Building Regulations, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Acoustic.Liaising with Planning & Building Control Departments on a daily basis with queries on; • Planning Permission Conditions & Drawings submitted. Sending correspondence to relevant parties covering pre or post commencement conditions. Technical work comprising;• Producing planning & production drawings, general arrangement, sections, external & internal wall details, fire strategy, roof details, window & door schedules, external works, coordinates & setting out drawing, schedule of works, Health & Safety Risk Assessments, NBS Specification, U-Values, attending meetings & producing information to achieve the each credit. Attend design & construction team meetings, on-site queries, commenting on fabrication drawings, issue drawings, reports, chair meetings, produce minutes, snagging building, ‘as-built’ drawings & associated paperwork for the Operation & Maintenance Manuals.Skills:• Building Information Model – Revit, AutoCAD drawings, NBS Specification, use of Word & Excel, scheduling, reports.

Performing engineering work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining and upgrading CAD models.Design and developing high quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools.Producing designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety, legislation and timing.Ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards.Interacting with the lead architect and client, as necessary to obtain critical design information necessary to complete project within intended time frame.Updating and maintaining product design files.Determining limitations, assumptions and solutions in the design and development of CAD models.Assisting in implementation of CAD engineering applications.
