Based in the heart of Cardiff, STa Design are focused on bespoke single family dwellings, renovation and HMO projects. We at STa use the latest in technology throughout our design and documentation process including parametric modeling, energy modeling, Lidar scanning to BIM and advanced visualization techniques. This allows us to streamline the design and technical process resulting in time and cost savings during the design process, efficient structural and mechanical design, lowering the cost of construction as well as building operating costs while maintaing a high level of aesthetic design integrity.
