Researcher in Dr. Alexander Wyatt's laboratory at the Vancouver Prostate Centre, a joint centre for excellence with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and University of British Columbia (https://blogs.ubc.ca/wyattlab/).My work employs a custom-targeted next-generation sequencing approach to answer relevant questions about the biology of various urologic cancers, incl. prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular. Our group has received international recognition for our approach to the molecular and biological characterization of circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) and formalin-fixed tumour tissue. I have significant content expertise in the biology of these mediums and the specialized wet and dry lab approaches required to obtain superior sequencing output.
