- Develop StreetGames’ diverse network of over 250 community organisations across London and the South East to help young people become healthier, safer and more successful through sport- Manage and support the regional staff team to deliver the most effective support for the StreetGames network around networking events, fundraising, embedding youth voice, workforce development, partnership development, advocacy, research and evidencing impact- Develop cross-sector strategic relationships with national, regional and local partners to inform and develop StreetGames’ package of support- Influence policy makers, funders, local authorities and corporate organisations to secure significant long-term investment and support that serves the StreetGames network, enhances the regional staff team and contributes to the core running of the charity- Budget, contract and relationship management responsibilities for multiple interventions linked to poverty, community safety, mental health, holiday hunger, female engagement, employability and other themes- Lead on the development of communications plans for the London and the South East region, other regional teams and for national StreetGames initiatives such as Inspiration 2022 - Lead on StreetGames work to reduce the Holiday Gap – hunger, isolation and inactivity amongst young people living in under-served communities – across London and the South East and play an active role in the national Holiday Gap steering group- Contribute to the strategic development of the wider charity through creating and cascading innovative new resources and approaches for more effective project management, leading on the support and development of the new regional fieldworkers group and contributing to various other specialist working groups

- Oversaw the delivery and evaluation of multiple StreetGames interventions including the implementation of new community sport sessions, female-focussed activities, youth forums, training and development programmes, apprenticeships, holiday hunger initiatives and community sports festivals- Provided capacity building support for over 50 network organisations across North West London so that they gained the skills and resources to change young lives through sport and improve sport and social education- Strengthened and developed collaborative clusters, involving delivery organisations, funders, local authority teams and other partners, in each North West London borough to ensure long-term and sustainable impact - Organised and delivered Training Academy workshops in a variety of formats to increase and up-skill the workforce of delivery organisations

- Designed, delivered and evaluated multiple large-scale projects simultaneously including ParkLife, This Hillingdon Girl Can, StreetGames, Club & Coach Development, London Youth Games, Mini Marathon, Disability provision and more- Involved in writing successful funding bids to various organisations whilst also assessing and managing applications to our own funding streams- Developed internal strategies in collaboration with the Head of Service and partners including Sport England, London Sport, Public Health England, NGB's and others- Led meetings and conducted presentations with various strategic groups

- Managed multiple projects including Premier League Kicks across Middlesex & Hertfordshire in partnership with the PLCF & Sport England, Disability projects, a further education centre of excellence, extra-curricular and PPA based school programmes and other community initiatives- Managed staff and volunteers across all projects whilst also having responsibility for staff training and in-service CPD events - Produced several successful funding bids with various organisations including; Sport England, Premier League Charitable Fund, NGB’s, local authorities, Free Sport, London Youth and other charities- Received the London Youth Bronze and Silver Awards for the Trust while also regularly achieving the annual Kicks targets

- Selected as a founding member of staff for a new franchise in New York and appointed School of Excellence (SOE) Director. - Acted as a Premier Coach for various age groups delivering sessions using a season plan and responsible for recruitment, game management and a competitive calendar for each of the teams- Created a continuous player development pathway, tiered geographically to provide a flow of young talented players, alongside coordinating tournaments, curriculums, facilities, handbooks, uniforms, marketing and player evaluations- Developed new and wider partnerships with local clubs and organisations - Created of a metric based template for the strategical management of the SOE department to guarantee overall success which specifically related to; customer satisfaction, employee motivation and financial performance
