Working within the property department which aids SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) holders with the management of their property Investment. I currently work within the Rent Review Team, which undertakes and completes reviews on the behalf of the Investors. My role involves, reviewing tenant leases to identify rent review clauses and types of reviews and updating these details into the companies’ data base using Microsoft Navision. I also will contact Investors by Letter and Email with updates and provide instructions to surveyors who provide reports for us to draft memoranda of agreement regarding the rent review. Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the property team in undertaking rent reviews, through day to day administrative tasks. • Maintain and develop contact with internal and external stakeholders such as solicitors, valuers, tenants and investors. • Interacting with clients and third parties through telephone or in writing. • Ensuring that data and information is of a high standard and accurately maintained.

Based at the East Anglia flagship store which is in the top 20 revenue generating stores in the country. The Furniture department generates more than 20% of the annual turnover for the entire store.
