• Provide timely and efficient delivery of all investment related activities and act as a primary point of contact for advisory clients. • Possess a detailed understanding of the investment solutions and services offered by investments, including advisory (managed and non-managed), transactional, ex-o, discretionary and tactical ideas from product specialist areas (i.e. Equity, Fixed Income, Funds & ETFs, FX, SPs). • Manage a book of clients with focus on advisory client needs. Involved in client acquisition and key to existing client retention by attending client meetings and calls, conducting portfolio reviews and preparing and releasing account trades for investment related products. • Create suitability letters for all advised trades and appropriateness notes for execution-only transactions, and preparing portfolio analysis and sales idea presentations for client meetings.

• Responsible for managing over 750 client portfolios, trading in line with relevant models or ad-hoc cash movement request, as per the Investment Policy Statement. • Assisted with client queries and provided RMs with the Investments perspective, for their clients. • Looked after bespoke and locally managed accounts assisting UK Investment Managers. • Monitored and responded to Corporate Actions, proxy voting and overdrafts on client accounts. • Attended client meeting and calls with Investment Managers, assisting them with advice on the different Discretionary models and strategies available to the client. • Assisted credit and Investments with the calculation and remediation of LTV values on Portfolios and the reconciliation required when changes occur to LTV values

• Providing extensive support to the Credit Front Office• Oversight of the daily operations of the London Loan Book for Credit Transaction Management, ensuring they are compliant with the credit policy.• Oversight of Credit Agreements, ensuring that they meet RBC policy requirements and correctly reflect the facility on offer.• Responsible for creating and maintenance of the Credit Transaction Management procedures manual.• Working closely with the regulatory Reporting team to reduce the banks’ capital requirements.
