As a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Big Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (AI), I work with our strategic manufacturing customers in the US to evangelize, enable, and maintain big data, analytics & AI workloads. This involves working with our customers to map their business process to our product offering and help them design, implement and maintain these technologies from a proof of concept/minimum viable product to production. Technical areas of focus include our Azure big data offerings, artificial intelligence, business intelligence and our power platform.

As an Industry Architect on the US manufacturing team, I worked with Microsoft’s strategic manufacturing customers and partners to identify and spearhead opportunities around our IoT emerging technologies. This included developing business cases via ideation and architecture design sessions. This typically resulted in a collaborative proof of concept / minimum viable product initiative. In addition, I was also constantly evangelizing and demonstrating our emerging technologies to my colleagues, the partner community, and customers. Technical areas of focus included our Azure offerings, specifically the Internet of Things, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Connected Field Service.I was also recognized as a subject matter expert on Connected Field Service and I am a co-author in a Microsoft Technology Center experience initiative where we have designed and maintained demonstration assets that are deployed worldwide.

My primary responsibility was to coordinate and conduct CRM presentations during sales pursuits with regards to Dynamics CRM for customers and prospects based in New England and Western NY. This included performing discovery sessions to determine client needs and then identifying and recruiting additional internal and partner resources where appropriate. I also coordinated efforts across all parties in preparation for these presentations. This typically involved assigning roles, conducting and coordinating demos, setting client expectations, and also acting as a liaison in partnership with the Microsoft account team and partner resources to resolve any potential issues that arose during the sales cycle.CRM Demonstrations typically utilized CRM Online and the integration with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.

My primary responsibility was to participate in the implementation of Dynamics CRM from an Architect/ Lead Consultant role. This involved working with a business partner and the client implementation team to successfully implement the software in highly political enterprise environments. Typical duties entailed business process analysis, building proof of concept instances of the software, and coordinating the implementation of the complex customizations created by the client, partner and MSGD resources. I also worked with our Premier Field Engineers and the Product Team to assist in resolving various issues presented by the client. I collaborated with Solution Architects, the Product Team and other MCS resources to create and bring to market enhancements and IP for Dynamics CRM.I also participated in the sales process as a Technical Advisor and a Financial Services Subject Matter Expert.

My primary responsibility was to coordinate the implementation of Dynamics CRM and SalesLogix CRM enterprise systems. This involved performing business process analysis, implementing the software, and coordinating and implementing customizations tailored to the client’s specifications. This also entailed tracking the progress of these various projects and communication with clients to ensure that all milestones were met on schedule and that the stakeholders were satisfied with the results
