I am a senior looking for a full time position in the Summer of 2024. I am a business student at Farmingdale State University and I am majoring in Finance with a big interest in stocks and investment banking. I would consider myself to be analytical, as well as ambitious and eager to gain more knowledge every day. I am currently getting ready to apply for financial positions in the Summer of 2024. I hope to be working for a bank as I get closer to being a part of the business world, and would love to gain any experience in the financial field.In the Spring of 2019 I completed the First Year Integrated Core. This project concluded with a group of 5 people with different personalities and origins, to come together and pitch an idea to Fifth Third bank and help them increase consumer diversity. This challenge helped me not only expand my thoughts and think outside the box, but also showed me how to work with a group of different types of people on a semester long project. The First Year Integrated Core also included 4 different business classes that helped me become more creative, write more professionally, and understand different ideologies.When I am not occupied with school, I am working for different companies across Long Island. I have worked 4 jobs with 700+ hours at each job, learning new techniques and meeting different types of people in the process. This has helped me not only learn to be efficient at 4 different job tasks, but it has helped build my communication skills as well. All jobs involved interacting and talking to customers, so over the 12 years that I have been working, I have improved from making small talk with the customers, to learning different tendencies and techniques to better satisfy the customer and make my job easier or more clarified. This has helped me get not only compliments from the customer to my boss, but tips in all 4 jobs as well. With 4 jobs that were all different, I feel I can pick up something new very quickly.
