Calibration Program Management (Financial Roll-ups, Timing, Quality Gate Reviews, Issues Mgmt, etc) of all vehicle programs globally with managers and direct and dotted line personnel in 5 regional locations throughout the world. Also responsible for fleet management with North America with targets to expand this globally.

Lead Chrysler Team in the Development and of an all new high-technology engine for GHG compliance. Responsible to lead the corporate cross-functional team in development, procurement, manufacturing and launch of the new engine family.

Global Lead for the Tigershark Engine Platform. Responsible for both regional execution of Tigershark and WGE engine programs within NAFTA, as well as oversight of the international programs in the Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific Regions. Responsible for leadership of the cross functional teams across the various regional organizations in order to insure successful development, execution, and launch of Tigershark engine programs.Establishing Global Product and Operation Strategies for the regional groups.

Responsibity for Program Management of the New Tigershark Family of I-4 engines, from concept through launch.

Program Management of I-4 and V-6 Engines ; Single Point Interface for Powertrain with R2, RS, RT, CS, LX, LD, LE, and CT Vehicles (unti reorganization in 2008). V-8 Engines added to my responsibilities in late 2008 ; Management of Current and Advanced Gas Powertrain Programs - planning and management of timing, cost, and objectives throughout the development process.

Responsible for program management of the World Gas Engine Program, a Joint Venture with Hyundai, Mitsubishi, and Chysler. Program Responsibilities included the joint development of the World Engine family of engines (1.8L, 2.0L, 2.4L , 2.4L Turbo, etc), It also involved the formation of several joint venture companies including GEA, GEAC, and GEMA. Responsibilities included program management, monitoring, and communication across all functional organizations and communication with HMC/MMC as part of the GEA. These responsibilities included planning / management of both the Engineering and Manufacturing aspects of the program through the utilization of the Chrysler Development System and master planning process.

* 3.7L Engine Program - 12/1998 to 01/2001 - program management specialist for the manufacturing organization responsible for planning, analysis, tracking, and reporting of the 3.7L Engine Program. * Development and Integrated our MS Project and Excel Reporting Structure through arrayed links, database formulas, and conditional formatting which excelerates timing development, analysis, and reporting. * Workded with consulting group to develop the master planning process [manufacturing organizations program managment process].*Lead Auditor - QS-9000 certification *W5A580 Transmission [01/2001 to 05/2002] - Program Management specialist for the W5A580 program up until I was promoted and recruited to lead the World Engine Program.

Development of the equipment and manufacturing process for key components on the 45RFE transmission [Reaction Shaft Support, Underdrive Shaft, Reverse Shaft]. Responsibilities included benchmarking technology, identifying/developing the manufacturing process, writing machine tool specifications, equipment selection, equipment design review, equipment/tool/gage runoff, process/equipment debug through launch. Additional project responsibilities included developing a standardized machine acceptance process / protocol across controls, plant engineering, and tool engineering ; developing the 45RFE master program specification.

Management of several lighting programs (fog lamps, tail lamps, and C.H.M.S.L.'s) which included 3 joint venture programs. Program responsibilities included black box design, prototyping, ISIR/ISLR submission, Specifying and Ordering Tooling, Tool Tryouts, and Product Launch.

Was given several assignments including the following:Design Engineering - board drafting / CATIA to support engineering changes. Quality Engineering - development of quality control systems, quality engineering - including engineering follow-up of Quality issues identified at Chrysler proving grounds.Manufacturing Engineering - Development of Robotic End of Arm Tooling, Manufacturing Process Development , DOE projects, etc. Experience with Stamping, Compression Molding, Vacuum Metalizing, Painting, Injection Molding, and various other manufacturing processes. Project Engineering - conducted tool tryouts, engineering issue resolution, served as cost reduction team lead for GM projects, conducted research for my thesis on prototyping.
